General

What is Lagree Pulse?

Lagree Pulse offers a high-intensity, low-impact full-body workout using the Megaformer. Our classes are designed to build strength, flexibility, and muscular endurance by targeting slow-twitch muscle fibers and smaller stabilizing muscles you didn't even know you had.

Who can take Lagree Pulse classes?

Lagree Pulse is suitable for all fitness levels. Every class includes modifications and options so you can tailor your workout as you progress. While the method may feel challenging at first, our instructors are trained to support you at your level. Patience and consistency are key—get ready to fall in love with the burn!

If you have chronic back pain, joint issues, or a serious medical condition, we recommend starting with a private session to assess your individual needs.

When can I sign up?

All classes can be booked online up to 7 days in advance. Pre-booking is recommended to secure your preferred time slot.

Do you offer different class levels?

Yes! Most classes are All Levels, but we also offer class variations. You can explore the different class types [here].

Instructor Schedule Changes

Class times and instructors may change without notice. Please check the Lagree Pulse class schedule for the most up-to-date information.

Grip Sock Policy

Grip socks are mandatory at all Lagree Pulse studios and are available for purchase on-site. For questions, contact your local studio or speak with our front desk team.

How often should I attend?

For best results, we recommend attending class 3 times a week. While we love seeing you, we also believe in the power of rest and recovery. Listen to your body!

First Time

Do I need to create an account?

Yes, all clients must create an account to purchase credits and book classes. To get started, visit the studio page and click on "Book a Class."

What should I bring?

Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing you can move in—similar to what you'd wear to yoga or the gym. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene. If you're attending a Mega Cardio class, sneakers are also required.

Bring a water bottle and an optional small towel. We offer a water refill station. Please leave rings or hand jewelry at home to protect both your hands and the equipment.

When should I arrive?

New clients should arrive 10–15 minutes early for orientation. If you miss this, your class will be re-credited and you'll be asked to reschedule.

Returning clients should arrive at least 5 minutes early to get settled and hear the trainer's demo.

Can I purchase both intro offers?

Our First Time Special and 2-Week Unlimited Pass are for first-time guests only—and only one may be purchased. We recommend the 2-Week Unlimited to help you adjust to the workout over multiple sessions. If you prefer a slower start, the 2-Class Package may be a better fit.

Class Credits

How do I purchase class credits?

You can buy class credits online or via our iOS app. Be sure to purchase credits for the correct region. All sales are final, and all classes must be prepaid. Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

Do you offer refunds?

Class credits are non-refundable. If you cancel within our policy window, your class credit will be returned to your account. Late cancellations (less than 12 hours before class) will result in a loss of credit.

Can I use credits in different regions?

Credits purchased in the Vancouver region can be used in Victoria. However, Victoria credits cannot be used in Vancouver.

Memberships

Do you offer an unlimited membership?

The Legend Membership allows you to book one class per day and renews automatically every 30 days. Missed or late-cancelled classes (less than 12 hours' notice) incur a $25 fee.

Do you offer limited memberships?

Stronger Membership: 4 classes per cycle

Longer Membership: 8 classes per cycle

Leaner Membership: 12 classes per cycle

All limited memberships auto-renew every 30 days. There are no late-cancel fees, but you will lose the credit for any class cancelled less than 12 hours before the start time.

How can I purchase a membership?

Memberships can be purchased online or in-studio.

How do I cancel my membership?

All memberships require a two-month minimum commitment. After that, cancellations must be submitted via email at least 7 days before your next billing date. Please include your reason for cancellation.

Can I freeze my membership?

Memberships can be frozen for a minimum of 7 days and up to 90 days. Freezes are allowed once every three months. Requests must be submitted in writing at least 3 days before the start of the freeze, including both start and end dates.

What is Lagree Pulse's late arrival policy?

Your safety is our top priority. If you're new to Lagree Pulse, please arrive 10–15 minutes before class begins for a proper orientation. Late entry will not be permitted for first-time clients, as it's essential to receive a full introduction to the Megaformer and your instructor before getting started. Thanks in advance for your understanding!

Returning clients should plan to arrive at least 5 minutes early to check in and prepare. If you're running late, please call or email your studio as soon as possible. Without notice, your spot may be given to a waitlisted or walk-in client.

Please note: If you need to cancel, make sure to do so at least 12 hours in advance to avoid losing your class credit. Review our full cancellation and walk-in policies below.

Cancellation Policy

How does class cancellation work at Lagree Pulse?

You can cancel a class up to 12 hours before the start time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance will result in the loss of a class credit, or a $25 fee if you're on a Legend Membership or using the 2-Week Intro Pass.

Cancellations must be made via your online account or mobile app. We do not accept cancellations by email.

Private and semi-private sessions require at least 4 hours' notice for cancellation.

Switching or Rescheduling Within the 12-Hour Window

Need to swap your class last minute? Switching to a different class within the 12-hour window is considered a late cancellation, and the same policies apply. You can still try our same-day standby option (see below).

Same-Day Standby Policy

Missed your class? There's still a chance to get your sweat on.

If you late-cancel a class, you may come on standby for another class on the same day. If a spot is open, it's yours!

• Standby spots are first-come, first-served and cannot be reserved

• Legend Members are not eligible for same-day standby

• Priority goes to guests with a booked reservation or walk-ins purchasing a class

How to Cancel a Class

1.Log in to your account.

2. Go to My Classes.

3. Click the pencil icon next to the class you want to cancel.

4. Click Cancel Reservation.

Need help? Email us and we'll be happy to assist.

What if I miss a free class or cancel late?

Even if you've booked a complimentary class, no-show and late cancellation policies still apply. If you miss your class without cancelling on time, you'll be charged the full value of a Single Class.

Waitlist Policy

When a class is full, join the waitlist by purchasing a class credit or membership. If a spot opens up more than 1 hour before class, you'll be automatically added and notified by email.

If you're added from the waitlist within the 12-hour cancellation window, the late cancel policy still applies if you can't attend.

One hour before class, the waitlist locks and any open spots will be given on a first-come, first-served basis in person.
